Printing:
Our printing division is capable enough to ensure the efficient and effective production high output, top quality and satisfactorily perform the requirement of our foreign buyers. We have planned already to install a Rotary Screen Printing machine, Auto Vacuum exposure unit, screen tension machine, sequence device. The present manpower can produce upto 5000 pcs (per day) of high quality printed goods daily.

Embroidery:
To augment its apparel as per the desire of the buyers, we use Tajima machines in-house for embroidering. This facility is having 28 head capacity now. The present manpower can produce upto 4000 pcs (per day) of high quality printed goods daily.

Knitting:
Cotton Connection Ltd manufactures knit fabrics in all verities and blends, and in all counts and constructions. Using the world’s latest and most dependable Europe-origin brand machinery like Mayer & C, Origio and Bigoni etc, Cotton Connection Ltd manufactures numerous types of knit fabrics including single and souble jersey, ribs, elastane, drop ribs, interlock, piques, engineered stripe, terry brush back fleece, sweat etc using 100% cotton and blends like cotton poly, viscose, tensile, and many more. At present, it is producing about 2500 kilograms of knit fabrics everyday

Dyeing:
Cotton Connection Ltd has very intensive experience, expertise and the most modern machinery to result dyeing perfection achieving uniformity in quality requirements from the buyers. It uses Scholl, Sclavos and other globally renowned brand machines that are capable of dyeing perfectly even at very high temperature levels. Everyday can process about 6,000 kilograms of knit fabrics.
